At GlassWinks EyeWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day exchange or return policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new item you would like to receive.
- We will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.
